The students of Glory Academy won the competition
The students of Glory Academy won the competition organized by the NGO, ‘iDebate Rwanda’ beating those from Riviera High School in the semi-final and Green Hills Academy at the final Round.
Usually, this competition is attended by more than 80 schools , including 36 from Rwanda and others from various countries on the African continent and the United States.
This time it was attended by 22 Rwandan schools , mainly the most important ones in the city of Kigali.
On Saturday, December 4, 2021, the competition was won by students from Glory Academy after meeting in the final round of the competition with students from Green Hills Academy.
The director of Glory Academy, Sibomana Alphonse, said that the fact that their students were able to succeed made the institution proud, but it was mainly due to the effort the school puts into building knowledge and skills among the GA students.
In addition to the fact that Glory Academy has won the competition, Umulinga Perfect from GA was qualified as the best speaker of the tournament.
